Biography:

Cassandra was born in Alice Springs, the nearest hospital and grew up in Papunya where she attended school. Her mother and father are Josephine Kuntungka and Dennis Minor. She is the niece of Richard Minor and the granddaughter of pioneer Papunya Tula artist, Limpi Tjapangati. Her mother's Dreamin is about waru or fire. Cassandra's Dreaming tells the story of the Tjupi or Honey Ant Ancestors. Her father's Dreaming is about the Emu Ancestors. Cassandra says she painted at school and at the Aged Care.
