Biography:

Bruce was born in Alice Springs and then grew up in Papunya where he went to school. He said he learnt to paint at school. His dreaming relates to the Tjupi or Honey Ant Ancestors associated with Papunya. Katanilya Inkamala is his father and his dreaming is associated with the country at Initi Outstation. His mother is Mary Ann and her dreaming relates to the country around Napperby.
